The two owners, Patama Roj and Jessica Gilmartin, are long time friends who have a passion for great food. After traveling together in Europe, we were inspired by the use of simple, natural, local ingredients to make the most mouth-watering dishes. In particular, we were amazed at how different yogurts were abroad—thick, creamy, milky, and pretty indulgent even in its “plain” form. We believed that Americans were missing out and were excited to bring back yogurt in its traditional, homemade form: wholesome, delicious, and incredibly good for you!
